- All payment is in USD and through PayPal invoice only.
- Full payment upfront.
- If payments are not completed within the set invoice deadline without notice, you forfeit the right to use the created artwork.
- Refunds will be based on how far I am into the request. No chargebacks allowed if the final piece has been delivered.
- I have the right to decline a request if I'm uncomfortable or believe I cannot complete it in a satisfactory manner.
- I own the right to use the completed pieces as my portfolio pieces and/or use them on my streams. Please let me know beforehand if you wish to keep it a secret.
- My art is absolutely not allowed to be used as an NFT or for AI regardless if it is personal or commercial use.

- Commissions may take up to 3-4 weeks to complete, but not necessarily that long depending on my schedule (I am currently a student).
- I will update you with low-res screenshots.
- There will be 1 major/3 minor revisions allowed. Any more will be cost money.
- Upon approval, I will send the final-res file on Google Drive via the chosen method of communication.ToS may be subjected to slight changes.
